Office of Personnel Management

Advised the Director and Associate Director of the D&I Management office on their responsibility to execute President Barack Obama’s Executive Order 13583, establishing a Coordinated Government-wide Initiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workforce. In partnership with Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, PIL created innovative strategies and training to support federal agencies in implementing Executive Order 13583.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration

Established NASA’s Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Framework for NASA Headquarters and Centers with the Associate Director for EEO and Diversity & Inclusion and the Chief Diversity Officer. Developed a D&I Measurement survey tool to evaluate all D&I strategy with staff and contractors.

Department of Commerce

Advised the diversity council and evaluated all strategic efforts focused on Diversity & Inclusion with the Associate Chief Human Capital Officer. Provided special workshop sessions for employees on establishing and sustaining affinity groups and diversity and inclusion best practices.

General Accountability Office

Conducted training for senior level management on change management, strategic leadership, and strategic communications and its relevance to D&I.

Department of Energy

Advised the Chief Diversity Officer and created and advised a strategic thinking group comprised of 23 chief diversity officers across the federal government hosted by the Department of Energy.

Office of the Director of National Intelligence

Advised the Chief Diversity Officer on critical D&I issues affecting leadership decisions and conducted best practice working sessions for the Intelligence Community.

United States Secret Service

Advised Senior Executive for Diversity and Inclusion on the impact of strategic communications on advancing diversity and inclusion within the agency.

National Institutes of Health: National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute

Advised the Office of the Director on developing and implementing a five-year D&I strategic implementation plan to transform workplace culture.

United States Agency for International Development

Advised the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council on D&I workplace issues and implemented evidence-based leadership training to address and resolve cross cultural dilemmas and challenges.
