WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The Institute presents a unique opportunity to learn, network and collaborate with an intimate group of attendees from the Federal government and military. Attendees range from practitioners to managers to those ranked at the senior executive service level. The Leadership Institute sessions are open to all Federal employees as well as contractors and interns.

Specifically, the following groups are welcome to attend the Institute:

Emerging D&I Practitioners: Individuals identified as successor candidates and/or federal employees with less than 10 years of D&I experience.

D&I Practitioners and Professionals: Individuals at the GS-11 to GS-13 classification responsible for implementing federal D&I practices and processes.

D&I Supervisors: Individuals serving as middle management supervisors at levels GS-13 to GS-14 and above.

Leadership & Employee Teams: Leadership and employee teams (report directly to federal leaders) responsible for executing team-based initiatives and mission activities.
